How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll, follow these simple steps: Browse our course catalog. Select your desired course. Choose a course (Free or Premium). Complete the payment process (if applicable). Start learning right away!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through M-Pesa and paypal as the most popular payment platforms.

Can I access the course immediately after payment?

Yes! Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access to the course materials.

What’s the difference between the Free Plan and the Premium Plan?

The Free courses gives you access to basic course content, while the Premium Courses(starting at Ksh 1500) includes full access to all modules, hands-on projects, mentorship, and certification.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, don’t worry. Try again using a different method, or contact our support team for assistance.

Can I advance from a Free course to a Premium course later?

Absolutely! You can advance at any time by paying the course fee to unlock full course access and premium features.

How long will I have access to the courses?

For the Free Courses, access is limited to basic materials. With the Premium Courses, you’ll enjoy lifetime access, including all updates.

What if I need help during the course?

We have a community for all advanced students and all live Q&A live sessions to support and answer all questions from all our learners. You can also reach out to our team via email academy@karimakos.co.ke, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Are the courses online or in-person?

All our courses are conducted online, allowing you to learn at your own pace and from the comfort of your home. We however organise live sessions and physical meetups for learners to interact and ask questions.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
